How do refunds work?

Refund Eligibility:

  • Customized Products: Due to the customized nature of our NFC Tap Cards, we do not offer refunds once an order has been printed and shipped. We encourage customers to review their designs and information carefully before finalizing their orders.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. To expedite your request, include photos of the defect or damage in your communication with us.
  • Product Not as Described: If the received product significantly deviates from the descriptions provided on our website or during the ordering process, please contact us within 7 days for a possible replacement or refund.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the production process has not commenced. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications to your order.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our contact page or customer service email to initiate a refund or replacement request. Please provide your order number, contact details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  2. Review: We will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis, considering customer feedback and product examination.
  3. Resolution: Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the returned product is received in a condition that does not comply with our policy.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
